The itinerary will be very rushed, with only 2 weeks to spend this is really a lot of cities to attend. If I were you I would completely omit Hiroshima and Miyajima. It give you three extra days you can spend in each of the major cities. Alternatively you could omit Osaka if you really want to visit Hiroshima. The day travelling from Hakone to Hiroshima is going to be tough. It will take you 4-5 hours. so there will not be much time left for sightseeing that day.
Also, when planning Tokyo, try to group the areas you want to visit by location. For example, a Sumo match fits better on a day visiting the east side of Tokyo. Meiji Shrine + Team Labs + Akihabara requires a lot of commuting by train that you can prevent if you group the activities by area. Check out the [Japan-guide.com](https://Japan-guide.com) section on tokyo as they have already conveniently grouped activities by area.
Omg we’re arriving the same day/time and staying the same amount of days!
You have Hakone in there twice. I am assuming the 2nd Hakone is for Miyajima? And day 7 is Hiroshima to Miyajima? Otherwise, returning from Hiroshima to Hakone to Miyajima to Osaka is a lot of commuting.
I found the 2nd day a little tricky bc jet-lag is not being taken into account. Tsukiji market requires of you get up very early and after such a long flight you’ll want to rest a little. I’d switch it with day 3.
