This is a silly thing to ask but, I have an old laptop where the fuse from the inside passed away so the laptop doesnt turn on ( it works if I short the fuse with a wire).
Question is: Where in tokyo Should I go to replace this fuse? I already have the correct fuse but my soldering skills do not exist and I am not up to breaking it..
