Do you guys know if theres any butcher or store that sells wagyu beef around these area? Theres a fresco close by toji but i do not know if they sell wagyu? Im overseas so I cannot really call them. Thanks.

Depending on the rank, Wagyu beef is sold in almost all butcher shops and supermarkets.
However, if you go to the second basement floor of Isetan in Kyoto Station you can surely buy high-end foodstuffs and prepared foods from long-established Japanese restaurants, and I recommend you visit here.
