Hello Pleased to be here, I am currently studying Japanese as a language, I enjoy reading Japanese literature (although they are mainly in English) I would eventually like to enjoy reading them in original. One day I would like to visit Japan and at least hold a conversation with a local and short term goal I would like to Watch the Entire Godzilla Franchise. Medium term goal I would like to pass the N3 Exams as well Currently I am a beginner N5 (been practicing for about 8months now) Currently working on my first 80 beginner Kanji and this Month I am starting on grammar.
Hello, nice to meet you all! I am currently studying Japanese as a personal goal, I have taken some courses in college and fell in love with studying it and the writing. Some of my goals are to be able to read Japanese literature in Japanese and improve upon kanji memorization. I should also work on speaking and listening practice as I only work on reading and writing the most. Thank you and good luck to you all!
Hello! I’ve just started to learn Japanese and am currently learning all of the kana and have mostly learned Hiragana and I know some simple sentences and such. I have Ganki 1 and also use duolingo as well as a few other app while I learn what helps me. I’m looking for a study buddy at a similar level who is willing to learn together. My WiFi can be a bit dodgy so I can’t really do any form of video chat, but messaging and potentially voice messages would work. My short term goal is to be able to read/speak at a N4-5 level but as a long term goal I’d like to become fluent. I’m learning Japanese in hopes of travelling to Japan as well as picking up a new language.
