Not sure if you mean Welcome Suica or PasmoPassport. If not, “As a result, JR East has decided to temporarily suspend the sale of unregistered Suica and PASMO cards starting from June 8, 2023 (Thursday). Starting from August 2, 2023, both Registered Suica and Registered Pasmo will also be discontinued for sale, with no set date for resumption.”

Day 3 – Yokohama Ramen museum will not take you more than an hour or two. Maybe check out the Chinatown in Yokohama, or pair Ramen Museum with Kamakura.
Wifi router – maybe look into e sim if your phone supports it. One less device to carry and manage
Day 4 – I prefer the crossing at night time. Look into Shibuya sky ?
Day 8 – unless you are planning to go to Ameyoko market and Ueno park, national museum will not take more than an hour or two.
Kanazawa – you are missing out on the higashi Chaya district, samurai district and the gardens
Day 11 – seems a bit busy
Day 12 – definitely a busy day and you are hopping all over the place.
Kyoto – not planning to go to Arashiyama?
Is Osaka even worth a day trip.
Kyoto – you are all over the place. Plot everything on a map and then pick areas and stick to that area. It would make more sense to to go to Fushimi Inari (early AM) then take the JR line to Nara. If you are at Fushimi inari by 6 am or so… You can check that out, and check out Nara and be back in Tokyo by late afternoon. This gives you a day back.
Nara – everything on your list can be done in two hours or so. I would pair Nara with Fushimi inari.
You can check Yasaka Shrine on the same day as you go to Kiyomizudera.
