Hello everyone. Do I need prescription to buy Omeprazole/Takecab? I’ve been drinking hot water mixed with baking soda for a while now as an alternative and I think it’s time to take meds again. Thank you.
I use Ohta’s Isan powder. It tastes like the most disgusting thing in the world but it usually works and you can get it at any pharmacy. That being said I wish I had tums here instead.
I don’t think Omeprazole is available here. Takecab is prescription only. You may want to find a gastroenterologist.
Eat ginger, Stop eating Chocolate and Abstain from Alcohol and Cigerettes for 1 month.
Start walking for 20 minutes after meals, cut out carbonated drinks and eat smaller portions of meals.
