Looking for Recommendation for cooking classes in Tokyo

In a [previous post](https://www.reddit.com/r/JapanTravel/comments/153awwv/itinerary_check_september_16_days/) I outlined the itinerary for the 16 day a friend and I are planning.
We would like to attend a cooking class during our time in Tokyo (September 7th to 9th or September 19th to 22nd).

The goal is to learn how to cook an dish authentically dish that can be easily reproduced at home for some “comfort food”. So for example a cooking class for Okonomiyaki or Oyakodon. However, it seems like most cooking classes do not really teach how to prepare the dish but instead only make you cut ingredients.

One class that looked interesting is [this one](https://www.cooking-sun.com/tokyo-cooking-class/) from “Cooking Sun” for “Okonomiyaki & small dishes”.
Unfortunately this class seems to be discontinued.

Has anybody attended a cooking class in Tokyo that they would recommend?

  1. My wife and I did Cooking Sun in Kyoto and absolutely LOVED IT. I can’t recommend it enough.

We ended up making a lot of small plates with food like you described. Gyoza, etc.
