I studied Japanese out of interest, get deeper into the culture (not for anime, I although I enjoy watching one from time to time) and got Japanese friends whom I can speak fluent with them. I didn’t apply for JLPT, but I check exams on the internet and I do pretty well.
So recently, I could a casual interpreter job chance out of nowhere even it’s not my field of work, but I would like to consider it seriously if it works out.
Work environments would be mainly interpreting for elementary school students and the company offered the job. I have about a month to prepare to conduct trial case, and I need more vocabulary related to subjects in schools (science and math for example) and kanji practice to be have perfect N3 level, but would that be enough? If yes, what other aspects should I check?
