Hello, my wife (american) wants to sell art on the side. On the application to work outside the scope of your visa it asks about employer info and possibly needing proof of work. How would one do this in this situation? Like would a link to her art portfolio be enough and just guesstimate the rest of the stuff )(like work hours and salary)?

I searched around but couldnt find anything. She wants to get this permission so if she does galleries in the future she is covered.
