  1. Looks delicious. I’m like brand new to the sushi subreddit so I don’t know etiquette, but can you share a bit about the preparation for the tuna.

    And your cocktail in the back looks great too. Are you making your dried rangpur(?) limes ?

  2. Outside of Hawaii, you’ll never go back to store-bought or poke shops on the Mainland due to taste and cost – good for you!

    On the flip, I did find a fish market this past year that made a decent fresh ahi poke that didn’t overcharge… then they changed their recipe 😑
