qoo10 shopping experience

Has anyone here had any prior experience with buying from qoo10? I placed an order for three products from an overseas brand, and today was the scheduled delivery date. However, I received only one of the items. When I checked my qoo10 order history, it showed that all three products had been delivered. Yet, the Sagawa receipt indicated the delivery of only one item. I’m wondering if these three items weren’t packaged together and might be arriving separately?

  1. Are they bought from the same vendor ?
    Multiple vendors sell the same brand.

    If they were bought from the same vendor, they should come together, if not, of course they would come separately.

    You can see a cleaner delivery detail on their app.

  2. Everything looked sketchy on their site that I was always too nervous to place an order. Thought something like that (or worse) would happen.
