Hi all, pretty much just looking for what’s in the title. I took 3 years of Japanese in college a couple of years ago and had conversational fluency back then, but I have lost a good bit of it since the pandemic. I remember a lot of the conjugations and grammar, but my vocabulary is severely lacking. Does anyone have recommendations on a tool I can use to brush up? Duolingo felt too low level for what I’m looking for and I have trouble studying using my old textbooks as they’re not very engaging.

Maybe download some anki flashcards for vocab? Should be some [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/LearnJapanese/comments/3lhb36/recommended_japanese_anki_deck/).
Bunpro is pretty easy to get into and you can go as fast as you want. You get full access for 30 days before you decide if you want to give them money.
Do you not still have any of your course notes or textbook from when you studied? I always go back to those to refresh…
I’d recommend going over to Tofugu and looking at their guides for resources to find what will work for you:

And I’d prioritize listening and speaking, so go watch videos like the Comprehensible Japanese ones on YouTube https://www.tofugu.com/learn-japanese/
Also check out beginner podcasts (or intermediate if those are too easy) by Nihongo con Teppei, etc
