   I am someone who has struggled with this a lot and with a lot of effort have been able to cut it down substantially over the last decade or so. I never had the worst side effects such as erectile dysfunction but porn usage led to issues with concentration and severe self-esteem issues that I weren’t aware were caused by it until I stopped. I will still occasionally look at naked pictures of attractive women but cutting out harder content and video was a big improvement in my quality of life.
