Hahaha I moved to Tochigi in 2020 and there was a huge construction site most everywhere in Utsunomiya, I lived there until just two months ago and… it was still a construction site.
So glad they finally got it going now that I’m elsewhere lol
If they can actually ever keep it running. I think the first first test run got derailed. Then just delay after delay
