Late delivery of Package

I ordered a something online. It was supposed to arrive here between 4-8 Pm. It’s now 10 PM, I need to sleep but I’m scared my delivery will get here and I won’t be awake. Do they deliver this late? The company is kuronekoyamato. I am really confused. The last update was at 4 PM so I really don’t know what happened!

  2. Did you check your door, sometimes they drop it off without even knocking. Do you have a tracking number to see what its current status is?

  3. call the number that’s shown when you track the package and ask to check with the driver what the status is. I’ve *never* had yamato deliveries after 8pm but i also live in inaka. if by some chance they’re still out delivering the call center will let you know.

    but i think at this point your best way would be picking it up from delivery center tomorrow or rescheduling the delivery for available time.

  4. It’s rarely, but sometimes they don’t deliver in time.
    Most likely they will delivery tomorrow. Maybe you can change the hour then, or since it’s kuroneko, they can just leave in front of your door

  5. The latest I’ve ever gotten my package delivered is at around 10PM. More than that I think it’s just cancelled or moved to the next day. I had one package from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered by 10PM on the same day, but it didn’t come, and I got refunded.

  6. I live in the inaka and I’ve never had a delivery after 9… even then the guy was super apologetic and said he was delayed due to the previous delivery and obviously wanted to go back to base to go home ASAP.

    It ain’t coming today.
