Is it outrageous to say that one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve had in my life comes from Canada? Their special recipe gives the broth a nutty intense flavour, and the dashi base seems not to use the typical bonito/Kombu/pork bone base (but something more seafood based, perhaps anchovies?). The charsiu and ajitama are made to perfection as well. Would totally go back to Canada for this bowl (the views are worth it as well).

Wait, is that a bowl of Arashi ramen from a shop IN Canada that comes from Japan, or is it a Canadian inspired ramen dish from Arashi,.in Japan? Looks legit either way!
Gonna try this when we drive to Banff again.. after all the smoke clears up!
