I posted our [previous 5-day itinerary a month ago](https://www.reddit.com/r/JapanTravel/comments/15g5pau/late_sept_2023_tokyo_5_day_itinerary_check/) but our flight changed times and we’re suddenly in Tokyo for 7 days! So we changed up our itinerary too. As for context, we’re a shopping and eating couple and we like seeing nature and whimsical things.
We’re coming from a nearby country so there will be no jet lag adjustments needed. We are staying in Ueno.
**Day 1 – Saturday**
* Arrival at noon
* Check-in at our hotel in the afternoon and rest a bit
* PM: Travel to Shinjuku, shop in Sekaido, see night life scene
**Day 2 – Sunday**
* AM to noon: Asakusa street food, Kura Sushi, Don Quijote
* Afternoon to PM: Ueno park, thrifting in Ueno, Ameyoko shopping, Akihabara arcade if we feel like it (also movable to Ginza)
**Day 3 – Monday**
* AM to afternoon: Kichijoji: Ghibli Museum, CapyNeko Cafe, Sunroad Shopping
* PM: This one’s quite free, might check out Akasaka or Roponggi Hills
**Day 4 – Tuesday** (can be reversible with day 5, we’ll watch the weather as we hope there won’t be rain when we go to Disneysea)
* Whole day: Disneysea
**Day 5 – Wednesday** (reversible with day 4)
* AM – Atelier Matcha in Nihonbashi, Tokyo Station (Calbee+, Ramen Street, Tokyo Character Street)
* PM: Ginza shopping, Tsujihan dinner in Ark Hills
**Day 6 – Thursday**
* AM to noon: Snoopy Museum & Snoopy Cafe
* Afternoon: Travel to Shibuya, Shibuya sky, Shibuya and Harajuku shopping
**Day 7 – Friday**
* AM to afternoon: Last minute shopping and chilling in Ueno
* Departure in the evening
Would appreciate suggestions and recommendations. We’d like to put some more Japan culture in our trip but maybe temple hopping as we’re not that interested on those. Thanks in advance!
