Hello! I (M20) am currently looking for an English-speaking nutritionist in Tokyo as I’ve always struggled to gain weight (BMI 14.5) and would finally like to receive some professional help.
I can speak Japanese but I definitely feel more comfortable speaking to someone in English if medical terminology will be used in our conversation.
Does anyone know a good nutritionist here?

I’d save your money and simply eat more.
As a bodybuilder, very easy calories are adding olive oil or butter to your food, snacking nuts all day (find your favorite), peanut butter, pasta. Drinking calories is extremely easy, make shakes or simply down a liter of milk every day
