This is my first time in Japan, travelling with my partner (both 30). Really excited about the trip and I just want to make sure our itinerary works.

Shibuya Niku Yokocho (area that specalises in meat)

Saturday 23rd September
Imperial Palace

FREE DAY! – trip out of Tokyo??
Okutama – hike Mt Mitake

Travel Osaka – Fujikawaguchiko

Hire bikes and go around lake

Tuesday 3rd October
high ropes / 5th station?
Fuji Q in afternoon? Afternoon ticket from 13:00-14:00??

  1. You can also do Nara after Fushimi Inari. They are on the same JR line. If you like match, drop by Uji.

    And, I agree… Nara is a must see, but you don’t need that long at Nara assuming you just want to check out Todai-Ji
