If on 30 Sept you only have time for one, Nara is a must see imo.
You can also do Nara after Fushimi Inari. They are on the same JR line. If you like match, drop by Uji.
And, I agree… Nara is a must see, but you don’t need that long at Nara assuming you just want to check out Todai-Ji
