We’re headed to Japan next month and I’m trying to book Shibuya Sky tickets, specifically the couch tickets. I’ve checked on 2 separate occasions and both times there have been absolutely 0 availability. I also checked the regular tickets today and the most optimal time (sunset) was already sold out for the newest dates. Does anyone know what time the tickets are released everyday? I’m happy to start tracking but thought I’d see if someone here knows the answer. Thanks!

Go to the tokyo government building (forgot the name its in Shinjuku) its free and has great view
11am est and they go in literally 2 min so you have to be fast
Do you have to prebuy tickets now? When I went 4 years ago I paid on entry at sunset time. Has it changed now?
