Wife had never heard of it. We got some in a care package from Oz. Not sure how well it works but bub likes the taste at least.
I have never used it for my kids here in Japan. This type of assistance may be frowned upon. I would check amazon.

I used a French stuff from Boiron Labs – something like Chamomille solution. Strangely it works.
In japan people don’t think that teething actually hurts babies… they seem to think it’s just “itchy” for them. I couldn’t find anything here when my son was teething, so I had my family in Canada mail me baby tylenol.
I got some from iherb
It doesn’t exist here.
Just find some rubber toys for them to chew on. That at ice cubes

Best thing I got was a rubber pacifier you can fill with frozen bananas and other berries.
