Is a damaged building with visible cracks and a horrible smell grounds to move out without penalty and get money back (it’s the day if getting keys and could only see that apartment from photos are in an exchange student and had to apply from overseas)

  2. honestly case by case scenario, but based off of a friend having a similar experience, the answer would most likely be no, they charge him some sort of penalty for breaking contract early, (if they even allow that for you)
