Answer is that some people have seen them for one piece in particular funnily enough. Might just have to do some searching, but in general no, the “foreigner market” is basically so small as to be vanishing and not worth the time or trouble in general.
Consider it motivation to learn when an event Iike this happens. I’ve got until next March to get good for Shin Kamen Rider. No chance that’ll have English subs in theaters here.
Not to be a dick, but this is why you need to learn the language.
Just imagine you could see any movie you want here without having to worry about not understanding it. Sure you might not get 100% of a movie, but you might get most of it.

Japanese subtitle will be available via Hello!Movie service after Aug 20.
English subtitle may happen after the film has been released in the US and the English subtitle actually exist.
