U should check the insurance coverage that u got with the loan. It should cover some illness related loan defaults.
Otherwise Sony sompo is coo, it is cheap with reliable customer service. In any case signing up online was the cheapest with most coverage for any insurance company.
I usually find this site to be pretty helpful if you can read any Japanese. (Still pretty good if you google-translate it as well)
