Is there a missing persons list? I am a foreigner and believe I may have seen some missing persons. I don’t know where to start looking for this information or who to tell. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would assume you would report it to the police. How do you know the person is missing? Did you see a news report or poster or flyer?
