Trying to work out if this is an us problem.
We’ve been watching it for 6 months no problems through a Amazon Firestick. 4 days ago it told us “video unavailable, please check your internet connection if this problem reoccurs”.
The internet connection is fine. Netflix and YouTube work. Did *all* the troubleshooting like turning off and on/clearing the history/checking for updates/uninstalling and reinstalling.
We could still watch our show on my Wifi only iPad. Logged in to AppleTV on a laptop we connected to the TV and that worked yesterday and for one episode today – then gave us the same error message.
Is it just us?
