Just wondering if anyone is selling or knows where people are selling old suicas or pasmos that i could buy and use as normal?
Seen some on mercari but I was unable to place an order as I can’t make an account without a japanese phone number:/

You can make a commuter pass and get the IC card. Some people suggest getting a one month commuter pass between two stations next to each other if you don’t actually need a commuter pass. But I think that might require a phone number as well.
Does [Jmty](https://jmty.jp/) require a phone number?
Can you not buy them at your local stations ticket booth anymore?
I have a spare Sugoca card, which should work the same way.
