We’ve been using the Panasonic NA-VX800BL washer and dryer combo machine for the past 2 years or so, the machine is great and very convenient, but whenever we’re using it to dry our clothes or towel, it leaves a stinky odor. We clean our machine once a month using the certified Panasonic cleaning fluid/solution. However, the issues still persists. We’ve been hang dry our clothes, but is there a way to get it fixed? Thanks!

Are you cleaning out the trap under the door? And the filters every time?
Book a dude who will come and disassemble your washer.
Bleach they recommend is fine in a sense that it kills mould and cleans some gunk, but stuff does accumulate over time in the areas that you can’t see. It’s especially pertinent if you forgot regular bleach cleaning or your washer is located outdoors… There are great you tubes on that subject.
Besides, someone who disassembles washers for a living probably knows other common causes of bad smell, so, like, don’t trust me to magically guess what’s wrong with your washer.
I have the washer/dryer combo from Panasonic that I bought 2 and half years ago also. If you are maintaining the machine properly it shouldn’t stink. My wife once washed something that wasn’t suppose to be washed and it stunk up my machine for a week. Did u wash anything recently that shouldn’t have been machine washed/dried?
