Recently I bought used mashing machine from sayonara sale fb group and dude said it’s perfectly fine and after using it few times it’s having some problems(constantly showing error numbers about draining problem) and I thinking about returning it is it legal to ask for return and take refund from seller(still in Japan)

Good luck with that one.

What did you pay ?
Did you check , are you draining properly?
Draining problem? Are you sure everything was hooked up correctly, following proper usage, and/or not jostled at all during transport?
You bought a used machine from someone leaving the country. Kinda ymmv type of situations and it very well could’ve not had any issues with the previous owner.
If you want refunds/returns I guess lesson is to buy new with warranty. Most used/open box items from brick and mortar stores are almost always sold as is with no refunds/exchanges. Much less from a random on fb.
You can ask, he can say no. Even if you went to court you probably wouldn’t win any money and would’ve spent enough money to have bought a few new washers by that point.
I recommend you file a claim with Facebook.

It’s legal to ask for a return but you can’t force it. He doesn’t have to give you anything.
Are you sure it is properly hooked up? Is it on a flat surface/level? Are you overloading it?
