A couple of clairifactions/questions on my trip to japan

Hi, I visited japan in the last 2 weeks of March, and it was the best trip i took so far, everything went really smooth and even the weather was perfect.

I have a couple of questions tho, and they are just some minor things:

On the 25th of March we were in kamakura on one of the main streets and we were eating some street food, i noticed that a tv cameraman was recoridng something and he was pointing the camera towoards me, i waved and moved on, but i wanted to try to find the recordings, it may be a small local news, there was just this camera man and a girl that i’m not shure what was doing, they had a small van but i don’t remember the color or the logo, if some one of you can figure this out whith this small lead I would be real greatful.

The other thing has a bit more meat to it, on the 29th of march we were in Kyoto and we made our way to the philosopher’s path, we visited a lot of temples that day. we came across this one: the Anraku-ji temple (https://maps.app.goo.gl/S1AocpV8PYnz9ipU9) quite small but really beautifoul and inside there were some people, 5 women and 1 man (i think he was a monk) that where singing some kind of song or chant, we talked with another old guy at the temple and he saied that they were singing the story of that temple and that it was a rare event to be witnessed by someone just stumbling there, the guy didn’t elaborate further tho since his english wasn’t really the best, but i remember the song and it was really cool, i just wanted to know if any of you know how it’s called, or if there is a recording of it anywhere on the net. from what i could guess the song was divided into sections that each member of the chorus would sing on their turn and between the sections there where some chorus but i can’t give much more since i don’t know japanese.

I know these are a bit of a stretch but these questions have been eating at me since i came back, i figured this could be the place to ask them, and if I can’t find an answer here at least i have tried.
