Poor guy. According to the wiki for the “Metropolitan Expressway”, “all trips on the expressway require a toll be paid”, which to me implies that there is a gate at all entrances and exits, no? How can someone ride up the access ramp on a bycicle and go through the gates and not immediately think something’s wrong? What am I missing?
It’s sad, but nobody is expecting a bicycle when driving on the expressway. I can’t really blame the driver.
He was a big part of my community. We are gutted by his passing.
