Job hunting question.

Have been thinking of changing my career and been looking at job listings to see which would be a good choice i dont have any experience when it comes to this stuff cause i was recruited into the job i have now and have been with them for more than 10 years now. Just want to get some advice from experienced people here on this sub.

The one thing im most curious about is about the salary they post with the job listing. Often times its like 1300Â¥~per hour or something like 300,000Â¥~ per month. Is that price before or after tax reduction??

  1. Posted salaries are almost always before tax. This is because even with the same salary two different people can pay different tax amounts depends on their deductions.
