  2. This is called “Unagi seiromushi 鰻せいろ蒸し”(Unagi steamed rice bowl).

    There is a difference in the cooking method.

    Put the Unagi-kabayaki on the rice, after steamd.

    It is a method that is often eaten in northern Kyushu, especially around Yanagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

    It was invented at “Ganso Motoyoshiya” in Yanagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture in 1681 AD and spread to the surrounding area.
