Hello everyone,
I just signed my contract and will be moving in an apartment in Tokyo for one year.
I want to set up a home internet connexion, bust most of the reasonable plans seem to require a 24 months commitment (with huge cancelling fees).
Is there any option for cheap (around 4,000¥ per month would be nice) that would be available for a year? (I don’t need crazy speeds, just YouTube and being able to make Zoom calls, but I need unlimited data, and with a quick setup)

Sakura Mobile doesn’t have cancellation fees. You probably pay enough after a year for them to cover the “construction fee” though.

Hey op, i also only use zoom and youtube most of the time. Docomo SIM card with the unlimited plan has been working perfectly for me. Laptop and ipad can use the internet as well. Only for 7000yen per month
