Docs required for COE application

I was going through the document checklist required for intra-company transfer visa [here](https://www.moj.go.jp/isa/applications/status/intracompanytransfee.html?hl=en):

It states in point 5:

>Any of the following materials that clarify the content of the applicant’s activities (including activity content, period, position, and remuneration)
(1) In case of transfer without changing corporation
1 copy of transfer order
1 copy of appointment letter, etc.

Q) Is there any particular format of those documents?

Q) Is appointment letter the same as employee agreement?

In point 9:

>A copy of the financial statements for the most recent year

Is the financial statement of the parent corporation required OR the Japan subsidiary?

  2. My guess is that you ain’t going to get a lot of answers here, and even if you did, you should likely take it with a grain of salt and have your company consult immigration themselves or hire a consultant if it is their first time doing so.
