What are good japanese platforms to sell hand made accessories? I make hair accessories I’m planning on growing this small business of mine. I posted on mercari and got one order for 550¥, however I was left with around 250¥ after the deduction of platform and postal charges. Felt like it’s very unprofitable. Also since the platform is over saturated, the likelihood of getting orders is fewer. Are there any other better platforms for handmade products?

Can’t speak from the sellers side, but I’ve bought things off Minne. It’s a weird mix of handmade stuff (like Etsy circa 2015) and wholesalers.
I have no idea what your hair accessories are like, but friendly rememider to factor labor (not just materials) into your pricing. I paid ¥800 for a hair tie with small embroidered button attached, ¥1,000 for a hair tie with a handcrafted carved wooden button, and ¥1,400 for a hair tie with a piece of blown glass attached as a button
minne and creema seem to be the etsy equivalents here
