Serious answer, have you tried ChatGPT? Maybe feed it some of your writing and ask it to edit and explain how to improve. Otherwise there are a couple of training agencies that provide coaching for business writing (not Japanese teacher, more like a personal coach / consultant). I can share a name for the latter by DM if you’re interested.
Look at your colleagues emails and copy their style. You have tons of native material to study from.
Some ideas are read more nonfiction and start a work/career blog on Note and interact with other people blogging in Japanese.
I just copied whatever colleagues wrote. You get the hang of it soon enough
