I tried Champon in Nagasaki


With a side of Taiwanese Fried Chicken.

I skipped the fried rice because the portions are tooooo big

  1. Ramen shop near me does champon as an occasional special and I usually get it when it’s on. Appreciate all the veggies.

  2. I used to do a lot of work in Nagasaki—summer is bloody hot,however. Love the place. But, yeah, the chanpon alone is enough.
