   Scallop

   Cooked shrimp

   Squid

   Amberjack

   Yellowtail belly

   Salmon

   Golden eye Snapper

   Albacore

   Blue fin tuna

5. This looks very similar to the quality and proportions they serve in Tokyo. Was this in Japan?

   Also blue fin tuna is such a treat. How did you like the otoro (fatty tuna)?
