I am 24 year old person who wanted a good life in Tokyo, Japan. I want to live in a prime location be in middle class or slightly above apartment or home. I would want to experience life to the fullest meaning : eat at great restaurants, enjoy any activity on the weekend, travel 2-3x a year within the country, and be able to buy all wants and needs. What yearly income would this look like and what locations would you reccomend. Also how much would rent cost on avg for something considered spacious and upper middle class

6 to 6.5 million yen per year would probably fit the criteria of slightly above middle class.
Assuming an apartment for a single person, a 30 m^2 apartment within 1 km of a yamanote line station would probably cost about 120,000 which is easily affordable on a 6M salary.
I know this sounds like a nice idea to you, but the Immigration Bureau doesn’t like the idea as much as you do. There are limits and restrictions on visas for remote work with overseas income sources. Generally you’ll need to have a Japan based employer.
