Why does it have a sell by date of July?
It’s yellowfin so it’s going to be leaner and cheaper.
Was the plan to scrape the meat off of it or make dashi or what? I’d buy any piece of meat that wasn’t spoiled and cost under $1, but I would not know what to do with it afterwards
