Just curious on the price of the sashimi appetizer always interesting what sushi places charge around the world???????
I could never work there. For me to serve 24 pieces would require the fish for 48. You know, just to check it’s good enough.

I would say it looks perfect, but for me personally I would want a bigger plate, at least a bit wider. It reminds me of getting side salads that are impossible to eat without knocking lettuce on to the table. Not really as much an issue with sashimi, but it’s a bit cramped.
