  1. Try marinating them in mirin & soy sauce! (1:9) could add sake and sugar if ur like it more savory!

    edit: and trim that blood line!

  2. I’ve had Hamachi and Katsuo eaten with fresh red blood lines but this post is NASTY sorry for being so blunt this post is not worthy

  3. I feel like we’re neighbors…nothing goes to waste. If there’s lemon powder or calamansi in the soy then…yup..
