I don’t know for the Google store in particular, but a human is unlikely to touch anything and if you type it in English it will arrive at your doorstep (just make sure to get the postal code, and street address right)
A few years back, I had mine delivered to middle-of-nowhere Ibaraki-ken without issues. Roman letters will work fine. As the other comment said, just get your postcode and building numbers right. It’ll show up.
Either will do, but if I recall correctly you will have to actually be there to receive it if it is a telephone.
In my case I wrote it in Japanese.
English addresses are almost always understood by delivery agents – just make sure it’s correct.
