I have been told to make 200 shirts for my work with designs (company logo), but I am struggling to find websites that do this. I have found 1\~2 websites, such as tranpackjapan that will be around 155,000 yen.
However, I was told to find other websites that are cheaper. Everywhere I look the price is more expensive.
If you have any suggestions for websites that do mass production for T-shirts with designs, please let me know!

That’s probably a fair price for most places in Japan — the cheapest I am seeing for local businesses starts around 500-600 yen per shirt, and if you add in printing and shipping costs it ends up being around the price you’ve been quoted.
If it absolutely must be cheaper, you could try a vendor on Alibaba — for example here’s one place that appears to be less expensive, no idea on quality.

If delivery times are not critical, go to Aliexpress/Alibaba to get them for a fraction of the cost.
The Japanese places probably use the same cheap T-shirts that are made in China/Vietnam/Bangladesh.

Prices are reasonable and they can help with the design.
I was going to recommend my usual go-to place that ships for free to Japan out of the US, but it seems 200 T-shirts would be considerably more than your tranpack quote.
155,000 for 200 sounds pretty reasonable.
I suppose it depends on what you need the shirts for. Will these be something regularly worn by employees? A gift for clients? In that case, stick with your original quote.
If they’re for a one-off sports day/corporate event/etc… where quality/durability are less important, then maybe you could check out Aliexpress
