Nigiri sushi for one plus a free dish

1. Salmon, tuna, squid, yellowtail, uni and salmon roe. I sat the sushi bar and chatted up the chef and so he made me a yellow tail sashimi in a ponzu style sauce, it was all good except the uni. The uni is from Maine and they’re not very sweet like Hokkaido or Santa Barbara uni.

2. That’s a quality meal right there. That Jalapeño yellow tail looks delicious.
