I really enjoy Uni, but it’s so rich. Eating that feels like eating a pound of dark chocolate..
I used to haaatttee it when I was younger, but when I got older I found a local gem of a sushi place that would have the best fresh live uni, and wow, it changed my life. I absolutely have cravings for it from time to time.
I’ve had it once and it smelled like the touch tank at an aquarium and it had the texture of ice cold half-set jello. I’ve been afraid to try it again at our current sushi place
Good uni is so hard to find in Whitetown Nowheresville Midwest 🙁 I miss it so much
