I’m not a big fan of using the JLPT to measure one’s actual Japanese ability but assuming one can speak/write as well as one could listen/read (because JLPT only measures passive ability), and it’s a non-bilingual company then…

You can refer to the [visa wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/movingtojapan/wiki/visas), it has a section for this.
