Last October 20, the restaurant I ate at had to cancel my original payment. I used my Rakuten CC via the Rakuten Pay app. It says on the RPay app that the amount was cancelled, but it still hasn’t been reflected in my Rakuten CC app. Like my current CC limit indicated on the Rakuten CC app is still to where the amount that was supposedly cancelled and should have been refunded to me hasn’t been returned yet. Does anyone know how long it takes before the amount is refunded to me?

I think it depends on the restaurant and how often they finalize / close out card transactions. Some do it daily, others weekly or even monthly.
last October? It should have been update in 2 months.
Rakuten have processed refunds very slowly for me, like 2-3 months.
