2. What a fool. He could’ve just waited until she turned 18 and graduated. Then the BOE and parents wouldn’t have any say in the matter. Now he’s ruined (or he will immediately get a job in a neighboring city).

5. I taught at a high school back in the day. One of the teachers married a student the day after she graduated.

   So you know they were boning the whole time. Seems everyone knew but me the “gaijin.”

   Zero disciplinary action and lots of “shoganai(s)” all around.

10. As wild as this is I worked in the countryside and a few students ABSOLUTELY went after teachers. One of my friends from a prefecture over told me she slept with her math teacher for two years.
